I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my visit to this city. The location was ideal as it was close to the Tsim Sha Tsui MRT station and a shopping mall called The One. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and they even provided complimentary bottled water every day. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome, as they surprised my father-in-law with a birthday cake, a bottle of wine, and a special birthday message on his room window. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was spacious enough for our needs.

There is no public toilet in the lobby. Have to walk through the bar to pick up toilet key from a very unfriendly lady. Everyday, there is about 30 - 50 house guest waiting for their room in the lobby between 11am - 2pm.(I was 1 of them during my checkin day)

Great location near MTR trains and airport express shuttle. Complimentary upgrade to a spacious room with Empire Lounge access. Friendly receptionists and quick check-in/out process. Good breakfast selection. Convenient amenities like a free phone and big flat-screen TV.

The hotel is in a convenient location, being close to Tsim Sha Tsui metro and within walking distance of MTR trains. It is also close to the Hung Horn railway, providing an added bonus for travelers. Additionally, the hotel is situated on the waterfront, offering beautiful views. The rooms are comfortable with smart amenities like chargers and adapters. The bathroom, though dated, is surprisingly spacious. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast selection at the hotel.

The shower drainage system was a problem.

The location is its advantage since it is walking distance to a of places to visit...

The breakfast was the same during our stay...would appreciate if there were more dimsum in the menu...

The location is fantastic - close to the shopping centers, central Nathan road and good supermarket Welcome with the great variaty of choice of fruits and other essential goods.

The room was tiny. The amount of money reserved at the plastic card while check-in was much higher than the real expected price for staying in the hotel. It took some time to claim back the exceeding amount.

my stay at empire hotel was fantastic! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the MTR station and shopping areas. the room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view. the staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

At the end of a three week tour of China we could not have asked for a better place. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Our tours were booked with no fuss and our very need was catered for. The pool was a godsend at the end of a day of shopping and sightseeing. The public transport (within walking distance of the hotel) was easy to use and if we had trouble finding our way there was always a friendly local to offer a helpng hand. Because of our experience at this establishment my husband and I will happily travel to Hong Kong again and again. Many and grateful thanks to you.

Convenient location for shopping, food, and transportation. Comfortable, clean rooms with tea making facilities. Friendly staff and efficient room service. Good breakfast options with a mix of local and international cuisine. Stunning city views from the higher floors.
